This tutorial was written by me on Sep 11, 2009 and for those that have a working knowledge of psp.
Supplies needed:
A tube of your choice, I'm using a tube from Suzanne Woolcott, must have a valid license to use her tubes.
A Halloween Cluster Frame, freebie from Mazie's Mayhem, you can download it from her blog, please leave some love when downloading.
Scrap Kit, a freebie from Melissaz Creationz, download from her blog. Don't forget to leave some love.
Halloween mask # 166 from Gaby, find it in page 4
Font: SO Scrabble, a PTU I cannot supply it.

Don't forget to add a drop shadow to each element including tube, frame and font. Let's start.

Open the new canvas and floodfill with white.
Paste paper #1 as a new layer and apply mask.
Open and paste cluster frame as a new layer.
Paste tube of your choice and use paper 6 as background of the larger frame.
For the small frames I used MC_Halloween 2, resize 45% and move it below the right small frame, duplicate, mirror and move it to the left frame.
Open MC Halloween 4, resize by 40%
MC Halloween 7 resize by 45% move to the left side.
MC Halloween 5, resize by 40% and move to the left top side. Duplicate, mirror and place it on the right top side.
You can add more elements of your choice.
Add copyright and your name and you are done.
Merge all layer but hide the botton layer (white) save as PNG
